I am a qualified practitioner of Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage based in Penryn, Cornwall.

I come from a teaching background and am used to working with children and adults of all ages. I have always enjoyed listening to and talking with people. I studied at the British School of Reflexology after experiencing the many benefits of the therapy and qualified in 1999. I have been working with Reiki for many years and Indian Head Massage since 2000. I have experience of treating a wide range of conditions and have worked with a number of pregnancy related problems including infertility, IVF, back pain, morning sickness and delayed labour. I am a member of the Embody Complementary Therapists Association and am insured to practise Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.

All the complementary therapies I offer are very relaxing and will leave you with an enhanced feeling of well being.

Conditions that may be helped include asthma, back pain, digestive problems, head aches, high blood pressure, IBS, infertility, joint pains, migraine, PMT, skin conditions, sleep disturbances, anxiety and depression, stress and tension.

Home visits can be arranged in the Falmouth and Penryn area.
